LabPilot

Our Story

Meet LabPilot.

Denture workflows - made simple, fast, and familiar. Upgrade without the usual barriers. No commitments, no upfront cost, and no disruption to the way you already work.

A Note from our Founders

LabPilot was built on a simple idea: advancing dentistry shouldn't come at the cost of craftsmanship.

George's journey began with a deep understanding of traditional denture workflows, eventually leading him to become an early pioneer in digital dentures and collaborate globally on some of the industry's first digital solutions. But after decades of innovation, one challenge remained: adoption. The technology existed, but it wasn't accessible or intuitive for most.

At the same time, Richard brings over 25 years of leadership and experience where, as CEO, he helped build one of the country's most successful dental manufacturing companies.

Having led through multiple industry shifts from analog to digital, he recognized the same gap: the need for solutions that are not only advanced, but practical and easy to implement.

LabPilot was created to bridge that gap. With the help of our co-founder and CTO, Micah, we've combined digital precision with familiar materials and workflows, building a system that enhances, rather than replaces, the skill of the technician.

It's not about artificial intelligence taking over; it's about giving real people better tools to work smarter, faster, and with greater reliability. In simple terms, LabPilot brings a modern level of efficiency to an industry rooted in tradition without making it feel unfamiliar.

Voices from the Bench

Voices from the Bench

This episode features George Cowburn, along with denturist Robert MacLeay and digital designer Kaylee Jilbert, as they explore the evolution of digital dentures and the launch of LabPilot, a cloud-based CAM solution built to simplify removable workflows. They discuss blending analog fundamentals with digital design to achieve better-fitting dentures, titanium partials, and faster relines—without massive equipment investments. Ultimately, the conversation highlights how “trad-digital” workflows may finally make digital dentures practical, scalable, and accessible for everyday labs.
